Desired number of recipients – The number of mail pieces
that you plan to mail at a time.
Number of mailing cycles – The number of times to mail a
similar group of recipients. The key to success is multiple mailings focusing on
prospects with a strong propensity to buy.
Average revenue per response – Estimated revenue expected
from prospects who respond to this offer. VDP Complete will help you target the
prospects matching your ideal customer, resulting in increased average revenue.
Expected average response rate – In general, blind direct
mail response rates average 1%, but targeting the proper demographics using VDP
Complete's proprietary methodology can dramatically increase success rates.
The VDP Complete program includes everything required for a complete domestic direct
mail using variable data printing and an expert web marketing campaign. The cost
per piece provided by this tool is a best guess estimate and may change. Cost is
based on our standard template of a 6” x 9”, 4 color, full bleed post
card on heavy stock glossy paper. Volume and client–specified, non-standard
requirements, including but not limited to, complex data appending, special design
specifications, or certain highly specific and specialized prospect lists may affect
the final campaign cost.
